The purpose of the Internal audit is to review the existence, validity and functionality of control systems used by the Client, in order to identify and reduce losses caused by ineffective risk management, low-quality project management and prevent from inaccurate management information for decision making. The result is a transparent documentation of the reviewed process, identification of recognized faults and risks, and suggestion as to their elimination.
